Putting Staffordshire on the Vintage Map

Here at Sourced Wonders we are passionate about vintage finds, crafted furniture, and bringing beautiful homewares to lovers of all things vintage. Our shop, nestled in the eastern suburbs of Wolverhampton, is filled with treasures from eras past - many of them lovingly restored, repurposed, and given new life.

This month we want to shine a spotlight on some of our favourite vintage finds and share the stories behind these unique pieces. Take for example this charming 1930s oak cabinet, as pictured here.

With its curved legs, carved details, and warm honey finish, it exudes art deco flair. We discovered it languishing in an estate sale, its former grandeur faded after decades of use.

Our restoration experts set to work revitalising the wood, repairing damaged areas, and applying a fresh coat of stain.

The result is a stunning showpiece, ready to proudly display china, glassware or books. Its craftsmanship and patina harken back to a bygone era of quality and charm.

Part of the thrill of antiquing at Sourced Wonders is never knowing what unique finds you might discover.

At Sourced Wonders, we take pride in sourcing distinctive vintage goods, mining estate sales, auctions and our network of contacts for rarities and conversation pieces that capture the imagination.

We then lovingly renew each item, preserving their heritage while preparing them for contemporary living.
